Congratulations to Professor Hailing Jin, who has just published a paper in Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences USA!  Dr. Caroline Roper from Microbiology and Plant Pathology and Dr. John Trumble from Entomology are co-authors.  The study showed that a heat stable peptide from finger lime is able to prevent and treat HLB of citrus when injected into the trunk of trees.
